About My Clients
I work with adults and young adults seeking a better understanding of themselves and their relationships. Many experience anxiety, uncertainty, or recurring patterns that feel difficult to change. Some feel stuck or overwhelmed, while others are making sense of past experiences and their impact on the present. I also work with couples looking to improve communication and address patterns creating distance or conflict.
My Background and Approach
My approach to therapy is relational and trauma-informed. I focus on understanding you within the context of your relationships and life experiences, rather than reducing what you’re going through to a set of symptoms. I often work with clients navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, and periods of feeling stuck or uncertain. Rather than rushing toward conclusions, therapy creates space to understand patterns, emotions, and experiences that may not yet be fully clear. This process can help you make sense of what you’re going through, improve your relationships, and respond to challenges in more intentional ways. I aim to offer a space where you can speak openly, feel understood, and begin to relate to yourself and others with greater clarity and stability.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I value creating a space that is respectful, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity. I approach therapy with openness to each person’s unique experiences, background, and perspective. My work is guided by an interest in understanding people in the context of their relationships and life experiences, and a belief that meaningful change develops through reflection, connection, and time.
