About My Clients

I work with individuals who are carrying heavy seasons of life and are seeking a place to be seen, heard, and understood. Whether you are navigating anxiety, grief, life transitions, relationships, questions of identity, or struggles with self-worth, I would be honored to walk alongside you. I believe healing begins in a space where you feel seen and accepted. Together, we can explore your story, uncover patterns that may be holding you back, and take steps toward greater freedom and hope.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe every person has inherent worth, value, and dignity, and that each individual’s story deserves to be met with compassion and respect. My approach to counseling is rooted in empathy, authenticity, and the belief that healing happens through safe and meaningful relationships. I believe people have the capacity for growth and resilience even in the midst of difficult seasons. As a Christian counselor-in-training, my faith shapes the way I view people and the hope I carry for the healing process. I believe emotional, relational, and spiritual well-being are deeply connected, and I seek to honor each client’s beliefs, values, and personal journey.
