About My Clients
I support women navigating the emotional shifts of midlife, including identity changes, relationship transitions, divorce, widowhood, and evolving roles. Anxiety, overwhelm, and sadness often surface during this stage. Therapy offers space to understand patterns, process losses and change, and reconnect to your needs with greater clarity and steadiness.
My Background and Approach
I am a 2007 graduate of the University of Michigan School of Social Work and have nearly two decades of experience supporting adults through depression and anxiety, grief, loss, trauma, and major life transitions. My work today focuses primarily on women navigating the emotional and identity shifts that often arise in midlife. I take an integrative, individualized approach to therapy, drawing from EMDR, psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, attachment theory, and positive psychology. This allows us to address both present-day stress and the deeper patterns that may be shaping how you respond to change. My work is always trauma-informed, strengths-based, and values-driven. I provide online therapy across several states, creating a thoughtful and supportive space where clients can process life transitions, understand emotional patterns, and move toward greater clarity and steadiness.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe deeply in the human capacity for resilience, growth, and transformation. Life inevitably brings challenges, loss, and unexpected transitions, but even in the most difficult seasons, change and healing remain possible. I see therapy as a space where people can reconnect with their inner strength, make meaning of their experiences, and move toward a life that feels more authentic and steady. My work is grounded in the belief that humans are capable of doing hard things. With thoughtful support, insight, and guidance, even the most overwhelming moments can become opportunities for growth, clarity, and renewal. I’m continually inspired by people’s capacity to grow, reflect, and create meaningful change at any stage of life.
