I work best with individuals who want to work on their anxiety, depression, life transitions/adjustments, interpersonal/familial relationship issues, boundaries, childhood trauma.
My Background and Approach
My therapeutic approach is based on a collaborative, integrative framework aimed at helping clients enhance self-awareness and develop effective coping skills. I frequently employ a variety of interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to explore self-talk and integrate self-compassion, while also teaching mindfulness techniques, and more. My goal is to create a nonjudgmental atmosphere where clients feel safe to explore their concerns.
