About My Clients
Grief doesn’t always look how we expect. As David Kessler says, “Grief is any change you did not want.” It isn’t only about death - it can be the loss of a relationship, a role, or the life you thought you’d have. Some days it feels heavy. Other days it’s quieter, but still there. There’s no right way to grieve. Together, we make space for it at your pace so you feel supported and less alone.
My Background and Approach
As a licensed therapist, I work with adults navigating grief, trauma, relationship challenges, identity shifts, and emotional overwhelm. My training allows us to move beyond just talking about what’s hard, we gently process it so it doesn’t continue to feel so consuming. Reaching out can feel vulnerable, and I don’t take that lightly. With experience supporting clients through loss and major life transitions, I understand how layered this work can be. I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space to be honest about what you’re carrying while building practical tools for boundaries, communication, and regulating emotions. My hope is that you leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and more steady, clearer in your relationships and more confident in your choices.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
At the core of my work is the belief that everyone deserves to feel safe, respected, and fully themselves. I value honesty, compassion, and accountability, and I bring those into the therapy room. I believe healing happens in relationships where you feel seen and not judged. I am committed to creating an inclusive, affirming space for clients of all identities and backgrounds. I respect the impact that culture, family, faith, and lived experience have on how we move through the world, and I approach each client with humility and curiosity.
