Hey there, I'm Nikki! I'm a therapist located in Northwest Arkansas specializing in non-monogamy and religious trauma

About My Clients

You may be an adult navigating life transitions—questioning/deconstructing religious beliefs, coming out as LGBTQIA+, or transitioning from monogamy to polyamory or other forms of consensual non-monogamy. You may feel relief and freedom alongside grief, anxiety, or uncertainty. You’re seeking support with identity exploration, relationship changes, and rebuilding self-trust while creating a life aligned with your values. Therapy can be a place to slow down and listen to yourself more closely.

My Background and Approach

As a bisexual and polyamorous person myself, I know the importance of having a therapist who understands the nuances of this world. I am passionate about providing that care to as many people as possible. I provide affirming therapy for adults experiencing life transitions related to religious deconstruction, LGBTQIA+ identity, and non-monogamous relationships. I practice from a Gestalt lens-exploring how your present thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations interact—helping you notice what feels authentic, what feels inherited, and what no longer fits. When your beliefs, identity, or relationships are changing, it can feel lonely or destabilizing—especially if your support system doesn’t fully understand. You deserve therapy that honors your lived experience. I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space to explore what’s shifting and move forward with greater clarity and self-compassion.

I offer online counseling in the following states:
