About My Clients
Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward? I support preteens to adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, life transitions, and self‑esteem challenges. I’m neurodivergent‑affirming and also work with clients exploring or adjusting to ADHD and autism.
My Background and Approach
I’m a neurodivergent‑affirming therapist with a strengths‑based, collaborative approach. I focus on understanding your experiences, patterns, and needs rather than using one‑size‑fits‑all strategies. My background includes a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University, and I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to help you build practical, effective tools. I support teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, self‑esteem challenges, life transitions, and neurodivergent experiences, including ADHD and autism. My goal is to create a supportive space where you can explore what’s working, what isn’t, and what meaningful change can look like for you.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should be a collaborative, respectful space where you feel understood rather than judged. I value authenticity, curiosity, and meeting people exactly where they are. I don’t view struggles with focus, emotions, or motivation as personal failures—they’re signals that something in your environment, nervous system, or support system needs attention. I’m neurodivergent‑affirming and believe there is no “right” way to think, feel, or move through the world. My goal is to help you understand your patterns, build on your strengths, and create meaningful change that feels realistic and sustainable for your life.
