About My Clients
I work with clients who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or seeking clarity about identity, emotions, relationships, stress, self-esteem, executive functioning, time management, and anxiety. Many are neurodivergent—autistic, ADHD, or both—but I welcome thoughtful individuals from all backgrounds who want to feel seen, accepted, and supported without judgment.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA) in Washington with a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University. My training integrates psychodynamic foundations with evidence-based, client-centered care. I’ve worked in both private practice and correctional settings, supporting a diverse range of individuals experiencing mood and personality disorders, psychosis, bipolar disorder, and serious mental illness (SMI), as well as those with developmental and intellectual disabilities. In private practice, I worked primarily with neurodivergent clients and those navigating anxiety, burnout, stress, bullying, workplace or school challenges, anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem. My compassionate, integrative approach is always tailored to your unique goals and identity to foster insight, growth, and healing.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy is a collaborative journey grounded in respect, empathy, and authenticity. Embracing neurodiversity enriches our understanding of human experience and supports personalized care. I’m passionate about fostering resilience and self-acceptance while navigating life’s transitions. Outside of therapy, I enjoy learning about neurodiversity advocacy, mindfulness practices, and creative expression, which inform and inspire my work with clients.
