About My Clients

Do you feel like you’re constantly bracing for impact? Whether it’s the heart-pounding surge of an anxiety attack or the heavy blanket of depression, I know how it feels when your body and mind no longer feel like home. You don't have to stay in survival mode. By integrating holistic, trauma-informed practices, we can settle your nervous system and quiet the "what-ifs." You deserve to feel grounded again, and I look forward to providing you the tools to help you navigate life's challenges.

My Background and Approach

With eight years of experience, I have dedicated my career to helping individuals reclaim their lives from the grip of trauma, anxiety, and depression. My approach is direct and solution-focused: we start exactly where you are, addressing the symptoms that feel most urgent right now. We’ll work collaboratively to understand the neurobiology of your stress response—what is happening in your brain and body when fear takes over—and how to intentionally shift into a state of calm. I have spent years perfecting a toolkit of leading-edge, holistic techniques designed for real-world application. My goal is for you to walk away with at least five versatile, discreet exercises you can use anywhere to create immediate relief. By mastering these tools, you won't just manage the moment; you will build the lasting resilience needed to ensure that past patterns no longer control your future.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I deeply care for and empathize with individuals from all backgrounds navigating life’s diverse challenges. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I understand the confusion and hardship that can accompany the feeling of being "different." Growing up, I navigated the isolation of masking my true self, a journey that taught me the importance of self-advocacy, safety, and the courage to accept support. While my own experiences with trauma shaped my identity, I work to ensure they do not define me. Instead, I use that history to empower others. I strive to be the steady, compassionate support that everyone deserves during their hardest moments, knowing firsthand the life-changing impact one caring person can have on our mental health. I stand as an advocate and an ally for all marginalized and disenfranchised communities. It is my mission to uplift those around me and fight for what is just, rooted in the belief that every person deserves to experience a life of authenticity and happiness.
