My Background and Approach
A well rounded clinician, with my broad array of experiences, I use an eclectic approach dependent upon the client's needs. I like to support action using strengths, and building your toolbox of skills and techniques to use independently of counseling sessions. With my certification in trauma and training in EMDR, we explore through narrative therapy or structured techniques to help you identify the trauma leaks, address them with your strengths, and implement proper action to over come the impact in your life.

I believe everyone deserves a chance to make changes for themselves; no limits on the amount of second chances or do-overs when seeking your own growth.
