My Background and Approach
I offer a holistic, intuitive approach to therapy that honors your full self , mind, body, and spirit. My work is rooted in collaboration and mindfulness, drawing from integrative practices that support healing from the inside out. You don’t need to have all the answers. You just need a safe, grounded space to start asking the right questions and someone to listen with compassion and clarity. As a certified Women’s Mental Health Specialist, I bring focused expertise to the emotional and psychological experiences that uniquely affect women across the lifespan. From perinatal loss and parenting stress to life transitions and identity shifts, I understand the nuanced layers women carry and I offer therapy that holds space for all of it.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I have a passion for empowering women, encouraging personal growth and individuality. In 2017, a friend passed away and she was an inspiration to so many women in the community. Her passing inspired me to create a runway modeling event to honor and empower women battling cancer or that had kicked cancers butt. It was held annually on International Women's Day, until Covid came along. The event was called And Still I Rise. I am also a practicing Medium and have had so many wonderful experiences that have led me to believe in resilience and the need to feel loved and cared for. You just never know the impact you can have on someone's life, even after you have left physical form and sometimes seeking help is the only way forward, finding comfort and closure through therapy. I utilize intuition when words and feelings are hard, seeking to build trust and show compassion through my approach.
