About My Clients
My ideal client is an adult navigating life with chronic illness, disability, neurodivergence, or exploring LGBTQ+ identity. You might be feeling overwhelmed, burned out, isolated, or unsure how to move forward. You're looking for a space where you can be fully yourself without judgment. You value authenticity, curiosity, and collaboration—and you're ready to explore new ways of coping, connecting, and creating a life that works for you.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA), and I bring both professional training and lived experience to my work. As a disabled and LGBTQ+ therapist, I understand firsthand the importance of safe, affirming spaces where all aspects of your identity are respected and supported. My approach is person-centered and holistic, grounded in curiosity, compassion, and collaboration. I integrate tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support emotional regulation, coping, and self-acceptance. My goal is to create a space where you can be fully yourself—where your story is honored, your needs are prioritized, and your growth is supported every step of the way.
