My Background and Approach
I am a first-generation Mexican immigrant who gets you and believes in you! I use a culturally responsive approach to therapy that is warm, grounded, and collaborative while not being afraid to keep things real. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from the version of yourself you want to be, I’m here to help you sort through it all with compassion, humor and clarity. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am a strong advocate for health literacy, immigration reform and aim to empower BIPOC to take up space and use their voice. I have over 8 years of experience supporting people through some of the hardest chapters of their lives having worked across the spectrum of mental health care, from community mental health clinics to inpatient psychiatric hospitals. I’ve seen the full range of human resilience, and I’ve learned that healing isn’t one-size-fits-all.
