I currently see adult individuals. My clients represent a range of cultural and racial experiences that may inform our work. I also enjoy working with young people in transition and folks living with neurodivergence. I have special sensitivity for people who feel like they don’t “fit in.”
My Background and Approach
I focus on creating and holding space for individuals seeking a safe environment to access their pain,resilience, and growth. I aim to provide authentic witnessing of client’s challenges within a psychodynamic framework as a foundation. My approach moves at a pace that feels comfortable for you, while welcoming your many sides into the room. My care is collaborative and affirming. I remain alert for a client’s patterns and relationships, throughout their lives. I can often guide people to viewing their patterns with greater clarity and empowerment to make new choices.

I believe in the power of being witnessed. I have experienced this as the foundation of healing and finding the right place to belong.
