About My Clients
As a Black, queer therapist and a New York native, I work with Black and queer high achievers who look successful on the outside and feel like impostors on the inside. You have the degrees, the promotions, the people telling you that you are doing great, and a quieter voice that wonders whether you actually belong, or whether today is the day they figure you out. Together we challenge that self-doubt and the inner critic behind it and build a steadier sense of your own worth.
My Approach to Helping
My style is collaborative and strengths-based, more cheerleader than blank screen. I draw on solution-focused brief therapy, CBT, mindfulness, and narrative work, focused on what is already working for you and how to build more of it. I see clients across New York by secure video. Sessions are $175, out of network with superbills provided through Thrizer, and I am a Loveland Foundation Therapy Fund partner.
