I typically work with individuals facing depression and trauma connected to their relationships and family. Using EMDR therapy, I help you significantly reduce your symptoms, and many clients begin to notice a positive shift after a few sessions.

My experience leading an interfaith organization has equipped me in appreciating and respecting the role faith plays in all aspects of life – restoration, relationships, recovery, and the family system.
