About My Clients
My clients are typically individuals who are grappling with the challenges of OCD, anxiety, or navigating significant life transitions, especially during the critical phase of young adulthood. If you find yourself caught in a loop of intrusive thoughts or struggling with excessive worries that impact your daily life, I'm here to provide support.
My Background and Approach
As a solution-oriented therapist, I collaborate with clients to develop customized treatment plans aligned with their goals while using evidence-based techniques. I have specialized training in Exposure and Response Prevention and Inference-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT) for treating clients with OCD. Additionally, for those struggling with anxiety and through difficult life transitions (such as young adulthood), I integrate CBT and Mindfulness. I'll give you homework to do outside of sessions, helping you to solidify and integrate the skills you've learned in our sessions, into your daily life. This will ultimately help you make progress toward your goals. My approach focuses on fostering resilience, independence, and overall improved mental well-being.
