My Background and Approach
Nicole Wildeman has worked with a dynamic background of clients over 7 years working in schools and in private practice, and believes the most rewarding experience is connecting with individuals that are going through a life adjustment and being able to collaborate to push past fear and obstacles to explore a deeper understanding and create helpful coping skills. She is deeply enthusiastic about the power of an integrative and holistic approach to therapy. She believes in the power of change, acceptance, and growth when individuals are provided with the necessary resources, support, and tools. By utilizing psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI), she can address a wide range of needs ranging from anxiety, depression, and grief/loss to low self-esteem and confidence.
