About My Clients
I work with people who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just not quite like themselves — and who are ready to have an honest space to start sorting things out. My clients include adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, life transitions, eating concerns, chronic illness, and more. I also have a special interest in supporting the LGBTQ+ community, first responders, and older adults. Wherever you are, we'll move at your pace — no pressure to show up with everything figured out.
My Background and Approach
I'm a pre-licensed counseling student at Greenwich Counseling, working under the supervision of Mieke Marissa Boggs (CT License #7184). I hold a Bachelor of Science from Fairfield University (2024) and am continuing my clinical training with a focus on building genuine, effective therapeutic relationships. My approach is integrative — I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered therapy, Trauma-Focused work, Psychodynamic principles, and Existential ideas. Rather than following a rigid formula, I tailor the approach to the person in front of me. Therapy works best when it fits you — not just a diagnosis or a manual. In practice, this means we might explore patterns in your thinking and behavior, work through emotional responses, or develop practical tools to help you feel more balanced and grounded. As a student clinician, I also offer reduced-fee sessions to make therapy more accessible
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Outside of sessions, I find grounding in small, everyday things — reading to escape into another world, coloring when my mind feels busy, cooking nourishing meals, and spending time with my dog, who honestly keeps me more regulated than most things. Rock music is my go-to when I need to reset. These simple rituals keep me present — and that same sense of groundedness is what I aim to bring into the therapy room. I'm a proud affirming therapist and am committed to inclusive, accessible care for all.
