As an occupational therapist, I help you to do the things in life that you need and want to do (occupations). In our sessions, we'll process your experience and you'll develop a toolbox of self-regulation and care practices specific to You. Imagine: conversation & action. We'll explore the nervous system, somatic and polyvagal activities, and dive into the concrete, everyday tasks that you want to be able to do with less stress and overwhelm. I'll help you integrate the practices into your habits and routines. I offer a gentle listening therapy - iLS Safe & Sound Protocol - for nervous system reset, sensory support, and improved social engagement. It helps your body move from stress response to a sense of safety.
