About My Clients
Some clients come to me with specific symptoms to treat and address. I tend to focus my practice on trauma, relationship difficulties, and emotional abuse recovery. I’m also passionate about helping others heal from depression and anxiety. Others come to have a safe place to vent, destress, and increase overall emotional wellbeing.
My Background and Approach
This is my fifth year working as a therapist with children, adults, couples, and families. My experiences include working with extensive trauma histories, relationship difficulties, depression, anxiety, and more. I strive to create a warm, non-judgemental, safe and trusted space for each and every session. It is important to me to build a strong rapport with clients as I feel work of any value must start there. I would love to help you work toward becoming your best “you.” My passion is helping others develop the tools to best help themselves. I genuinely believe that at any point in life, you can choose to begin again.
