About My Clients
I support folks with executive functioning challenges, neurodivergent burnout, marginalized identities, trauma, grief, and life stressors. My work centers PoGM, QT2BIPOC, immigrant, 2SLGBTGEQIAP+, and neurodivergent (Autistic, ADHD, OCD, CPTSD, etc.) adults. Together, we may explore themes such as masking, shame, boundaries, and working with your brain instead of against it.
My Background and Approach
My therapist mantras are “baby steps” and “you gotta feel it to heal it.” These statements guide our work together, and I further steady myself in these truths: your story, voice, and wisdom matter. What never gets old for me is exploring what healing looks like on your terms, and seeing what happens when you reconnect with + embody your truest self. My work is rooted in mindfulness, intention, and co-creating a space that feels settled, yet expansive; a space that you can safely challenge old patterns, live within your values, and care for the version of yourself that no longer has to just survive. ⸻ I show up to this work with respect for your lived experience, while gently naming the systemic + cultural forces that shape our lives. My approach is decolonial + neurodivergent-affirming; I support you to reach radical acceptance, embodiment, and sustainability—in a shared space that holds all of who you are.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I offer a tiered rate structure for folks to pay it forward and increase access—everyone deserves care while surviving under the stress of capitalism (and other -isms)—even if just for 50 minutes. I accept FSA/HSA cards, and I can provide superbills as well; I also accept The Loveland Foundation therapy vouchers. ⸻ My degree: Master of Education in Counselor Education (Clinical Mental Health Counseling) My work: guided by liberatory and anti-oppressive principles, with an ongoing commitment to challenging systems that marginalize People of the Global Majority. ⸻ I tend a practice space for the work of becoming and re-membering. If you feel called to incorporate intuitive, spiritual, or ancestral practices into our therapeutic work together, feel free to let me know how I can best support you. ⸻ I also write ESA letters, which are available after three sessions; feel free to note your interest on the inquiry form, and we can discuss next steps for evaluation.
