Hi, I'm Nicole! I help clients connect more deeply with themselves and build more authentic, fulfilling relationships.

About My Clients

I specialize in working with individuals who are LGBTQ+, neurodivergent, and/or navigating religious deconstruction. I also support couples struggling with patterns of conflict, disconnection, or challenges around sexual intimacy—including mismatched desire, anxiety during sex, and ethical non-monogamy. My clients are often seeking deeper connection, self-understanding, and more fulfilling relationships.

My Background and Approach

I draw from Emotionally Focused Therapy and Internal Family Systems techniques in my work with clients. My goal is to create a space that fosters connection, authenticity, and transformation in your lives and relationships.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

For as long as I can remember, I have been keenly aware of the impact our relationships and communities have on our well-being. Growing up LGBTQ+ in a religious community that wasn’t accepting, I never felt comfortable exploring or expressing my own sexuality. As I’ve gotten older and become a part of new communities, I’ve seen first-hand the impact of acceptance, mutual trust, and authenticity in our relationships. These experiences sparked a passion for working in a field that prioritizes our relationships with one another and with the communities and systems that impact us. I am a strong advocate of equity and social justice and make efforts to bring these values into my work with clients.

I offer online counseling in the following states:
