About My Clients
Many of my clients come to therapy after years of trying to figure themselves out through traditional therapy, self-help, or sheer grit. They’re often late-diagnosed or self-identified ADHD or autistic adults with complex trauma who have learned to mask, over-function, people-please, and hold everything together. Still, they can’t help but wonder why healing—and life—feels so hard and draining, like everyone else has some secret guidebook showing them the way.
My Background and Approach
My approach to this work is deeply relational, somatic, and grounded in self-compassion through a depth-oriented lens to meet you exactly where you are. I see therapy as a process of coming home to yourself; learning to reconnect with your body, making space for your authentic self, and trusting your inner wisdom again or for the first time.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
At the core of every human, I believe that there is a component for finding your inner essence and empowering individuals to achieve growth and authentic connection through improved self-esteem, honest communication, and congruence with your values and relationships. As a human-first therapist with lived experience with my own complex trauma and neurodivergence, I help my clients navigate their symptoms and experiences in a deeply relational way that helps change their outlook on life and themselves for the better.
