About My Clients
I work with creative, sensitive, and neurodivergent adults who feel deeply and want to better understand themselves and their relationships. You may be navigating anxiety, ADHD, depression, self-esteem, life transitions, stress, or relationship challenges, or noticing patterns that keep showing up in your life. Many of my clients are thoughtful and introspective, but may find themselves overthinking, feeling overwhelmed, or struggling to trust themselves.
My Approach to Helping
I'm a licensed counselor, board-certified art therapist, and clinical supervisor with nine years of experience. My approach is relational, depth-oriented, and creative, with specialized experience supporting adults navigating anxiety, ADHD and neurodivergence, depression, self-esteem, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I integrate traditional talk therapy with art therapy and other creative practices, offering different ways to explore emotions, experiences, relationships, and patterns. You don't need to consider yourself artistic to engage in art therapy; creativity can offer another way to explore experiences that may be difficult to put into words. I tailor our work to your individual needs and preferences, bringing curiosity, reflection, and a grounded presence to help you deepen self-understanding and create meaningful change.
My Values as a Therapist
I value clarity, connection, inclusivity, and creativity, both in therapy and in how I move through the world. I believe our identities, relationships, communities, and the systems around us shape our experiences, and I approach this work with cultural humility and an ongoing commitment to learning. I provide LGBTQ+ affirming care and am committed to racial and social justice. I also believe creativity belongs to everyone and can be a powerful way to connect with ourselves, one another, and the world around us. Above all, I value authenticity and creating space where you can show up as your full, complex self.
