My Background and Approach
I offer specialized services and evidence-based treatment in the areas of anxiety, depression, relationship and marital concerns, trauma, and addiction. I hold an advanced certification in addiction and a certification as a trauma professional. It’s important that you work with a professional whose style “fits” with your personality and needs. I integrate several counseling approaches into my practice, including; cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and person-centered & strengths-based approaches. I strive to always create a safe and compassionate environment.
