About My Clients
I work best with adults navigating trauma healing, anxiety, identity shifts, and ENM/Poly dynamics. My clients are reflective, self-aware, and ready for meaningful change, even if they don't know where to start. Many feel burnt out, overwhelmed by systems not built for them, and disconnected from their bodies. They want a relational space to understand how their subconscious patterns shape their reality, tools to regulate their nervous systems, and guidance in creating a life that feels aligned.
My Background and Approach
I'm an LMSW with experience supporting adults through trauma recovery, identity exploration, and relationship dynamics, including ENM/Poly. My approach blends trauma-informed therapy, attachment work, somatic awareness, IFS/parts work, and practical tools from CBT when structure or skill-building is helpful. My work is deeply relational. My intention is to create a space where you can bring fears with you, learn why they show up, and build enough safety to take steps even when things aren’t perfect. I pay close attention to your nervous system, the parts of you shaped by past experiences, and the patterns that once protected you but may no longer fit. In therapy, we slow things down, get curious, grow awareness and insight, reconnect with your body, and develop steadiness from the inside out. We work toward understanding your needs and wants, managing anxiety, strengthening boundaries, and improving communication with practical tools so you can move toward alignment.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I work virtually across Michigan and host monthly wellness hikes in and around the Chelsea, Brighton, and Lansing areas. Getting into nature, moving your body, and tending to the basics genuinely support the nervous system, and these hikes are an easy way to connect in person. Clients and community are always welcome!
