About My Clients

My clients are individuals or couples struggling with difficult transitions such as divorce, caregiving, chronic illness, or something similar. I have extensive experience working with those who are affected by brain tumors, cancer, diabetes, and kidney disease.

My Background and Approach

I help individuals and couples navigate grief, chronic illness, caregiving, burnout, insomnia, and relationship challenges. My approach is warm and collaborative, drawing from meaning-centered psychotherapy, CBT, and trauma-informed practices. Together, we’ll set goals, build coping skills, and work toward healing and clarity at your pace. I’ve worked with many people who feel lost in the roles and responsibilities that come with life’s most difficult transitions. If you’re adjusting to a new identity—like patient, caregiver, spouse, or divorcee—I’d be honored to support you as you navigate what comes next.
