About My Clients
I like to assist clients with identifying the root of their concerns and developing a purposeful plan to enhance their lives. I assist individuals with establishing a healthier sense of self, as well as, developing ways of coping with daily stress.
My Background and Approach
I have previously worked with individuals in OTS treatment, adolescent therapy, family therapy, adults with substance use, mental health, and co-occurring disorders, veterans, domestic violence, mood disorders, posttraumatic stress disorder, and individuals on welfare.
