My Background and Approach
I work with adults and focus on substance use, anxiety and mood disorders, maternal mental health, attachment, and trauma. My passion is helping individuals find joy and peace in their lives. I use an integrated, strength-based, trauma-informed approach to treatment. I believe therapy should be a non-judgemental space where you can work towards becoming the best version of yourself, and look forward to beginning that process with you.
