About My Clients

I’ve worked with people to tackle struggles such as substance dependence, life transitions, relationships, anxiety, depression, PTSD, psychosis, and the aftermath of surviving domestic violence. I've worked with youth, teens, and adults of all ages across the LGBTQIA+ spectrum, with a variety of backgrounds and aspirations. Everyone’s story is different. I provide trauma-informed care and understand the challenges of our environment has a huge effect on wellbeing.

My Background and Approach

I provide cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and behavioral activation therapy. We can work together to explore your thoughts, feelings, patterns, and develop strategies to respond to life's stressors. And, if you struggle to see the strength within yourself and the wins you’ve had—big or small—I’ll be here to call it out for you. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply looking for support, I’ll be with you each step of the way. I offer a safe and private space for you to share whatever's on your mind. No thought or question is too much for me to handle, sessions are your time. Taking the first step into therapy can be daunting, but it's a powerful act of self care.
