The client's meeting with me can leave their therapy sessions with focus and hope. Clients will feel heard, valued and appreciated for their efforts and honesty. Therapy is challenging enough already, I wants my clients to feel more powerful at the end of each session, than they arrived.

My approach to therapy is to put you in the driver's seat. We will work together to identify goals in therapy, while promoting safety, wellness, and growth. Therapy is meant to be helpful, challenging and action-focused.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am seasoned clinician who has focused my career on helping adult individuals with trauma, depression, anxiety and substance use disorder. I have been in the behavioral health field providing a range of modalities but focuses on cognitive behavioral therapy. I am eager to help you and help achieve your goals!
