My Background and Approach
I have a Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Trauma Counseling Certification, and Extensive Education and Experiencing in Substance Use and Addiction Disorders.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe each individual should be provided a safe, non-bias, non-judgmental space to learn, grow, and explore where they are, where they would like to be, and the steps to being a healthier self. In my opinion, wellness is balancing yourself socially, emotionally, physically, financially, spiritually, intellectually, and environmentally. I believe this is not about treatment, but about being present with an individual on their journey of creating a new life narrative.
