About My Clients
I love working with children and adolescents of all ages and have experience working with children and adolescents experiencing symptoms related to trauma, depression, and anxiety. I also have availability for client's in Washington who need tele-health or struggle to drive for in person counseling. I'm interested in collaborating with clients and their families in order to help them meet their goals.
My Background and Approach
I have a Masters of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Art Therapy from Antioch University Seattle. I have spent the last three gaining experiences around a variety of different populations and focuses both in Washington and Texas. I am a Registered Mental Health Professional (MHP), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), and Art Therapist (ATR) located in Seattle, WA. I work collaboratively with my clients from a Client Centered perspective incorporating Art Therapy, Therapeutic Play, and Feminist perspectives of equity most often. I am trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and will often include CBT directives as it is beneficial to my clients.
