My Background and Approach
I have specialized training in evidence based practices such as Eye Movement Desensitizing and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Prolonged Exposure, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy in Action, and SMART Recovery. With my specialized training, I can ensure that my 'tool box' is full of the appropriate treatments that allow me to assist my clients with all of their mental health needs.
