About My Clients
My clients are often BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and adults balancing many roles who feel overwhelmed, unseen, or weighed down by anxiety, depression, trauma, or burnout. They’re tired of being “the strong one” and want a space where they can finally be honest, breathe, and feel supported. Together, we work on tools to manage stress, set boundaries, and create a grounded, empowered life that reflects their values.
My Background and Approach
I’m a culturally responsive, LGBTQ+ affirming therapist supporting BIPOC and queer adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and identity-related stress. Many of my clients feel like they’ve had to be strong for everyone else and want a space where they can finally exhale and be fully seen. My approach blends trauma-informed care with CBT and ACT to help you understand patterns, build practical coping skills, and move toward a life that aligns with your values. Together we process what’s happened, unlearn shame, and create concrete changes that support confidence, boundaries, and emotional stability. Therapy with me is collaborative, compassionate, and focused on real-world growth.
Why I am a Good Fit for You
I’m especially a good fit for queer, trans, and BIPOC adults who want therapy that doesn’t require explaining their identity or lived experience. You deserve a space where your culture, gender, and story are understood, not questioned. My style is affirming, direct, and practical. We process trauma and unpack shame while building real-life tools for boundaries, confidence, and emotional stability. If you’re ready to stop surviving and start feeling grounded and empowered, I’d love to support you.
