My Background and Approach
I sincerely enjoy helping couples deepen their intimate connections through communication and helping them create a shared system of values and meaning. Overtime, I truly feel that couples forget how to date each other, which is an integral element in finding their spark again. Additionally, autoimmune diseases often go misdiagnosed and present as a mental illness. Addressing the whole person is essential in identifying the root cause to address underlying issues that may be preventing optimal health and wellness. At A Beautiful Soul Holistic Counseling, I strive to deliver specialized and individualized care to each client to Individuals in Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Tempe, Queen Creek, and surrounding areas of Phoenix, as I offer convenient therapy services with Telehealth. My main focus is building rapport before counseling starts, as I feel this is the most important factor in building a therapeutic relationships.
