About My Clients
I offer therapy for adults, ages 18 and older. Is your mind stuck on intrusive thoughts? Do you feel like you have to engage in behaviors to make you feel better? Do you feel worried, restless, or on edge? Is your mood low? Are you often irritable and frustrated? Are you stressed and burnout? Do you feel pressure to do the things you “should” do? Is your motivation low? Are you seeking rewards or stimulation? If your answer is yes to any of these questions, then we might be a good therapy match.
My Background and Approach
I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), stress and burnout, grief and loss, and relationship stressors. Therapy intervention will be tailored to match your unique needs, but here are a few goals we can work towards. Understanding that all parts of you are valuable and important; some parts just need help finding a new purpose. What you believe about yourself, others, and the world influences your thoughts, feelings, and actions. Lets practice rewriting unhelpful beliefs and thoughts to positively influence how you feel and behave. Psychological flexibility is crucial for psychological health. You can learn to detach from unproductive thoughts and behavior to allow space for your decisions and commit actions to better align with your values. You can accept what you cannot control and focus on what you can control. Mindfulness allows for grounding and regulation in your mind and body.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Compassion, honesty, and fairness guide my life and work. I am dedicated to helping people navigate life’s challenges with empathy and evidence-based care. My goal is to help you move toward what supports your growth and let go of what no longer does. Creating an inclusive, affirming, and culturally responsive space is central to my practice. All people are welcome. Above all, my hope is for you to be well—whatever that looks like for you.
