About My Clients
I work best with clients who are reflective, motivated, and open to deeper therapeutic work. Many of my clients value privacy, flexibility, and a personalized approach to healing.
My Background and Approach
I work with adults navigating trauma, mother wounds, rejection, abandonment, identity shifts, grief, disability, and self-worth challenges. Many of my clients appear capable and high-functioning on the outside while feeling emotionally exhausted, disconnected, or stuck in patterns shaped by earlier life experiences. My work is best suited for those ready to explore the roots of these patterns and engage in meaningful, lasting change. My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and intentional. I integrate evidence-based modalities, including EMDR, parts-based therapy, and somatic awareness, to support nervous system regulation, emotional clarity, and deeper healing—not just symptom management. When desired, I thoughtfully incorporate spiritual reflection in a way that honors each client’s beliefs and values. Clients often seek me out when talk therapy hasn’t gone deep enough or when they are ready for therapy that feels focused, personalized, and transformative.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing happens when people feel safe, seen, and supported in exploring their full story. I value therapy that honors the connection between mind, body, and lived experience, and I approach my work with curiosity, compassion, and respect for each client’s identity and values. I am especially interested in trauma recovery, attachment healing, identity development, and practices that support self-worth, resilience, and meaningful personal growth.
