About My Clients
I specialize in working with people who identify as LGBTQIA2S+, consensually non-monogamous (including but not limited to polyamory, swinging, etc), kink-oriented or involved with BDSM, and sex workers. I have experience working with folks of all walks of life who are trying to find their way to self-compassion, acceptance, and confidence. My clients also seek healing and change from things such as: anxiety, depression, OCD, and bipolar disorder.

I utilize approaches that acknowledge all parts of you, seek to support you in reclaiming your story, and teach practical skills. Every single part of us deserves to be honored in the work that we do together, including our mind-body connection. I utilize narrative techniques to help you understand how the events of your life have led you to this point and how you can move forward in a way that incorporates your values. I also support people who want to acquire new skills by using a CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) and DBT (dialectical behavioral therapy) informed approach.
