Abuse is oftentimes survived and surpassed-- however, for some it can co-exist subconsciously and manifests itself in many ways throughout your life. I am here to help you understand that whatever abuse you endured, it was never your fault, and to help teach you how to thrive in your life.

Adolescents are caught in the middle of developmental, societal and other changes and expectations. They are simply trying to figure themselves out in a complex world. I am here to provide a friendly, authentic and genuine non-judgmental space to help guide my teens and adolescents to figure out their individual wants and needs.

I use a Natural Systems approach (Bowen) to shed light on understanding intergenerational patterns and learning new ways to break harmful patterns and/or dismantle hurtful cycles to allow for healing.

Thoughts, feeling and actions are all interconnected. Lets get to work on how the CBT Triangle is affecting your life.

Family therapy approaches I use are Narrative and Bowen Family Systems.

I am Gottman level III trained and use this methodology to work with couples.
