About My Clients
I offer a specialized space for individuals who are looking for practical tools for anxiety and depression; those who are struggling with emotional regulation; those looking to improve interpersonal relationships and build social skills; and, for individuals struggling with anxiety disorders like panic disorder, social anxiety, OCD, and BDD.
My Background and Approach
I help identify problematic thoughts, behaviors, and coping strategies. Together, we’ll explore and interpret these patterns, then challenge and replace them with more productive ones. I rely on scientifically supported methods like CBT, DBT, exposure, and mindfulness skills. My goal is to help you create change quickly and to get you on a path you are confident navigating on your own.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I lean into science and evidence-based techniques to help my clients create change in their daily lives. My approach is rooted in the belief that each individual holds the key to their own well-being; my role is to provide the tools, support, and understanding to unlock that potential. My intention is to create change quickly (sometimes in as little as six sessions). I like to think of therapy as a way to get the tools you need to manage your own issues. I don’t believe that therapy has to be forever; but I’m here for those of you who want a longer therapeutic commitment.
