About My Clients
I work with teens and adults who may be feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, trauma, depression, grief, relationship difficulties, or major life transitions. My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience working with adolescents and adults in both school-based and private practice settings. Much of my clinical work has focused on trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, family conflict, emotional regulation, and life transitions. I use evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT-informed skills, trauma-focused interventions, grounding, cognitive processing, and EMDR. I believe therapy should be collaborative and practical—not simply talking about what is wrong, but learning skills and developing a deeper understanding of yourself so you can move forward. I strive to meet each client where they are and tailor treatment to their individual needs, strengths, and goals.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing is a choice. No one chooses the trauma, loss, or difficult experiences they have faced, but I believe each person has the ability to decide what moving forward can look like. My role is not to tell you how to heal, but to walk alongside you as you figure that out for yourself. I believe the mind and body are deeply connected and that meaningful relationships and feeling understood are important parts of healing.
