Life can throw us some big curve balls that we may not be prepared to handle on our own. Therapy is supposed to be a safe space to process these challenges and grow personally. I hope to be that supportive person for you in session where you can face all of life’s difficulties and have a place to celebrate the good moments too. I love being your trusted advisor, your partner in solutions, and holding space with you as you navigate life’s biggest questions. I find that I am most effective working with children, adolescents, and those who raise them as well as emerging adults and anyone trying to navigate living as their most authentic self. I am trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), an empirically supported treatment for children and adolescents who have experienced traumatic events.

I care deeply about amplifying the voices of marginalized people, watching my clients grow and achieve their goals, and helping caregivers sit with the big emotions of the little ones in their lives. I know that people have the capacity for change and it is just so cool to watch it happen!
