About My Clients

My Background and Approach
I received my Bachelor of Science in Psychology & Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Mercer University in Georgia. I hold my LMHC in FL and my LPC in GA & I work with clients throughout the states of Florida & Georgia. I have extensive experience working with clients struggling with eating disorders, disordered eating, poor body image, anxiety, perfectionism, & OCD. The care I provide is justice-based, size-inclusive, trauma-informed, intersectionality-acknowledging, and gender-affirming. I combine my skilled professional knowledge with my own personal experience as person recovered from an eating-disorder & as a person who knows deeply how it feels to struggle with perfectionism & existential thoughts to provide my clients with a gentle balance of compassionate care & accountability. I understand everyone has their own personal life goals and I will always respect & help you bring the vision that you have for yourself to life.
