About My Clients
As a therapist, I am looking for clients who are struggling with daily living or on a rollercoaster of ups and downs. I provide care to kids and adults with concerns of anything from anger, sadness, grief, behavioral needs to substance abuse and personality disorders. My Background and Approach
I utilize a person centered, holistic approach in all of my sessions. Trauma informed work is also very important for me to incorporate into practice. I believe that every person is different and in approaching someone with a holistic approach, you see more sustainable change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My personal beliefs in relation to my practice as a therapist are that every person is unique and that they are more than their experiences. I believe that everybody can improve and that nobody is ever lost cause.
