About My Clients
I know how it feels to be at your worst and wanting to get better, since I myself sought out counseling 23 years ago. I specialize in counseling adults with depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and women's issues. My focus is on establishing rapport, trust, empathy, and safety, so my clients can feel comfortable and are able to open up about their experiences.
My Background and Approach
I have over 20 years experience in the mental health field, and over 10 years as a clinician. I will be utilizing techniques in cognitive behavioral, person-centered, and solution focused therapies, as well as psychoeducation. Let me work with you on developing healthy coping and communication skills, identifying triggers, and in changing negative thinking, so that you can reach your life goals.
