About My Clients
I work with clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, grief, and other life transitions and help them understand that no one is exempt from life's challenges, but there are effective ways to manage it that lead to better management of emotions and a better quality of life. I help client's challenge limiting beliefs and teach them how to tolerate difficult emotions better.
My Background and Approach
I am a licensed mental health counselor with specialized training in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT) and years of experience in diverse settings, including hospitals, mental health agencies, and substance abuse treatment centers. My background equips me to address a wide range of issues with an informed and compassionate approach. My approach goes beyond conversation—I incorporate tools and techniques that allow clients to engage with their growth process in practical ways. Together, we’ll focus on developing skills, understanding patterns, and finding new perspectives that bring clarity and resilience. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel seen, understood, and empowered to navigate life’s difficulties. Whether you’re seeking to heal from trauma or create lasting change, we’ll work side-by-side toward your goals.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that no one is exempt from life’s challenges, and I bring this understanding into my work as a therapist. I value authenticity and transparency deeply, and these values are at the core of my practice. My approach is grounded in the belief that healing comes from being real—with ourselves and with others—and that therapy is a place for genuine, open connection.
