About My Clients

You’ve been through a lot. You may look like you’re holding it all together, but inside, you feel stuck in patterns that are hard to break. Maybe you’ve found yourself in toxic or abusive relationships, struggling to set boundaries, or wondering how you lost yourself along the way. I specialize in working with women who are ready to move forward after unhealthy or abusive relationships. My clients are often in that in-between space: no longer in crisis, but not yet feeling like themself again.

My Background and Approach

I have over 10 years of experience working with women on relationship issues, healing from relationship trauma and shifting to a place of self-empowerment.I help women break free from cycles of toxic or abusive relationships. My work focuses on rebuilding self-worth, strengthening identity, and developing the confidence to set and hold boundaries. Together we will focus on healing your relationship with self, letting go of old patterns no longer serving you and moving toward feelings of empowerment and positive self-worth. I'm also a credentialed substance use counselor (CASAC), so if substance use is part of the story, we can address it together instead of referring out.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe healing happens in safe, supportive, and authentic relationships, and that every person has the capacity for growth, change, and reconnection with themselves. I am a person in recovery and bring lived experience with substance use and mental health challenges into my work with deep respect for the courage it takes to seek help and make meaningful change. I identify as a woman and am a member of the LGBTQ+ community. I am passionate about empowering women to explore identity, strengthen boundaries, and build self-worth in ways that feel aligned and authentic to them. Outside of my clinical work, I value time in nature, travel, and meaningful connection with people and animals. I believe in the importance of curiosity, presence, and finding grounding in everyday life. I also hold a personal belief that we have an active role in shaping our lives through the choices we make, how we relate to our experiences, and the meaning we create from them.
