My Background and Approach
I am a licensed mental health therapist with experience supporting children, teens, and adults through anxiety, trauma, identity exploration, and life transitions. I am trained in EMDR for trauma healing and offer play therapy to help children express emotions, regulate their nervous systems and learn new ways to handle challenging situations. I also specialize in LGBTQ+ affirming care and strive to create a space where every client feels safe, understood, and valued. My goal is to offer effective, evidence-based support that helps you heal, grow, and build confidence in your life and relationships.

I believe in creating a welcoming, affirming space where people can show up as their authentic selves. I am passionate about supporting LGBTQ+ clients and strive to provide care that is inclusive, trauma-informed, and grounded in respect. I value social justice, equality, and the dignity of all people, and I work to continually learn about the experiences of marginalized communities. I care deeply about supporting children, teens, and adults through compassion, curiosity, and a nonjudgmental presence. Outside of my work, I stay engaged with causes that support mental health, youth, and LGBTQ+ well-being. I aim to build a therapeutic environment where you feel safe, supported, and truly seen.
